Hi, My Name is Nikita Dhingra Amith has been my personal trainer for almost 5 years now. I have trained with Amith during different phases of my life - ie before I had a baby, during my entire pregnancy, post having my baby. During all these phases he has had the knowledge to customise my workouts as per my needs and restrictions. He has diligently kept a track of my fitness levels during different phases and now pushing me to get back to pre baby size, stamina and strength. He is the only trainer I know who is very knowledgeable about different types of workouts be it yoga, cardio, circuit, strength, etc and also about nutrition and general wellness. My name is Pankaj Arora & I was a person who did not believe in trainers and gyms, and my journey with Amith started with scepticism and looking for opportunities to miss the classes (which were diligently setup by my wife, who had trained with him earlier). 3 years later, I am a convert and the credit for that goes to Amith, who has great knowledge, awareness of people and their mindsets and what will work with them. Hi! My Name is Ameeta vadhera. I met amith sir a long time ago.. it was my first time at a workout centre and I had never thought about yoga as a workout. I was going through a lot of stress at my workplace and things were very difficult. This led to binge eating junks and weight gain. Sleep cycles were distorted and concentration levels were deteriorating. So, one fine Monday ( I had to pick the most stressful day), I decide to give yoga try. Amith sir started his class with a small prayer and suddenly, stress began to slightly melt away. When we ended the class with the chants life became a bit peaceful.. I remember one day he’s was insisting on the students to close their eyes while performing the corpse pose and I was having difficulty to keep my eyes shut because it gave me bad thoughts about work and life. Amith sir’s pep talk that day and helping me learn the art of concentrating stayed with along time. Thank you Amith sir, for all your classes and positivity.

I’m Shweta In 2012 I got to know that I’ve PCOD... That time I wasn’t aware about this hormonal problem so after discovering that I’m having it I started reading about it and consulting with doctors.. Finally I got to know what is this problem and what could be the reason behind and the consequences of it. Reason is stress and unhealthy lifestyle that includes food, sleep patterns and workout so in my case it was stress n bad sleeping hours Consequences are infertility, weight gain, hair loss, facial hair growth, Acne and in future it might lead to diabetes too So after PCOD test dr will perform glucose sensitivity test too and I had really bad report for it so dr started with metformin 500mg thrice a day means before each meal FYI - one of the side effect of this medicine is kidney failure So I wasn’t overweight but had extra 4-5 kgs which I was unable to cut down but after starting metformin n little diet control I managed to cut down 2-3 kgs. After 4 years an Ayurvedic dr asked me to stop metformin n I again started gaining weight and trust me weight gain will lead to infertility issue too. So I got worried and started the tablet again but reduced the dosage with which I could manage to not increase further kilos but wasn’t reducing also In 2017 I came to know about Amit and also met couple of his clients and there were drastic results so thought of starting with him but I had couple of issues like knee injury few years back wrist problem so I told him everything. And finally I met someone who helped not only to improve my health but after starting work out with him and following the diet charts given by him I managed to get rid of metformin wowwww.... I can’t explain how happy I was because even after discontinuing the medicine I still managed to reduce weight and in less than 3 months I conceived, still continued with prenatal sessions with Amith and I just gained 9kgs weight during my pregnancy and trust me I ate everything I wanted to including ice cream n pastries 😋. Took 3 months rest and again started my sessions with Amith and my weight is back to normal without any dieting With his exercise routine and diets not only I got rid of medicine but improved my health and looks my keens don’t pain like before and I can do squats which I didn’t do in past 10 year I can do work out with weights which I never thought because of my wrist issue. My skin glows n I look younger And I feel happy being more fit n healthy Big Thanks to Amith 🙏🏼

I now know Amith for the past 5 to 6 yrs. I was introduced to him when I was searching for a trainer to train my 10 yr old son and help him increase his flexibility. In last more than 5 yrs the association of my family with Amith has grown only stronger. Amith has been successful in keeping not only my son but also both me and my husband active in partaking in his classes and thus enabling us to remain physically active. As a family now we look forward to his class and not collectively participate in the same but also often discuss the same. Amith’s classes have become amongst others a very good bonding time for our family. For me individually, I always find Amith to be reasonably pushing my limits. Amith is an amazing instructor. We have been working for over a year now and focussed on building body strength esp. the shoulders. I work long hours on the laptop and had lost muscle in my upper part of back and shoulder. I feel stronger and can feel a significant different in my body and mind. It is very important to trust your trainer/instructor to get maximum output of your workout. He knows exactly how much to push me and plans customised routine. I clearly remember the time about 4 to 5 yrs ago. My doctors had told me that I should not sit on a floor, lift weights and or for that matter even bend down and tie my shoe laces ( back issues). For an ex sportsman this was very discouraging and I had begun to not only gain weight but also loose hope that life for me will never be the same. Then entered Amith in my life. He was introduced to our family and was basically engaged to train my son ( aspiring tennis player) in Yoga. My wife forced me to join Amith’s classes on the pretext that our son would have company and would be more comfortable. From that time when I couldn’t do more than push ups at a time till now when we start with 100 as a warm up, it’s been a journey of joy, dedication, persistence, trust and ofcourse lot of pain 😊. Amith must be complimented for showing faith in me, making me believe in my own physical and mental capabilities. He has not only been very professional but also very dedicated to his cause.
